Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups makhana(lotus seeds)


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups dry fruits powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 4 tbsp milk


  • 1/2 cups grated coconut powder

Directions

  • In a pan add ghee
  • Once ghee hot enough add makhana add roast till crispy.
  • Once makhana roast well take roasted makhana in a plate.
  • In a same pan roast grated dry coconut powder roast it well. turn off the flame.
  • Take coconut mixtur in a makhana plate tel it cool down completely.
  • Now add sugar
  • Take ingredients in a mixture jar Make powder.
  • Take a powder in a plate add dry fruits powder, cardemom powder and milk mix it well
  • Make a ladoo with a mixture.
  • Healty makhana ladoo is ready to serve.
