Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Minced chicken 250 gms

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Salt according to taste 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Chicken Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Green Chilly 2 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

  • Oil for frying as required 2 cups

  • For Dough: Refined Flour 2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • Carrom Seeds 1 tsp

  • Water as required 1/2 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Add refined flour in a bowl.

    Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds and oil in it. Mix well.

    Kneading a soft dough by using water and keep aside.

    Heat two table spoon oil in a pan.

  • 05

    Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  • 06

    Add onions in it and saute till they become transparent.

    Add ginger garlic paste and soute for a while. Add salt and pepper, Chicken masala, corriander powder in it. Mix well.

    Add minced chicken in it. Stir fry for few minutes.

    Add some water and Cook it until done.

    Add corriander leaves in it. Mix well. Switch off the flame and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a wok.

    Add two table spoon refined flour in a bowl. Add little water and make a slury.

    Divide the dough into equal portions.

  • 14

    Take a ball from dough and roll in to a thin round shape by using rolling pin.

    Cut it in to two halfs.

    Make a cone shape and seal it with slury.

  • 17

    Add chicken stuin it. Don't over stuff it.

    Spread slury on edges and close it carefully.

    Deep fry these samosas on low flame till it become golden and crispy.

    It's ready. Serve hot with green chutney.
