Heat a kadai, add some oil and splutter musturd seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, hing and dry red chillies.
Add chopped onions and fry until translucent and add tomatoes, salt and saute till mushy.
Add veggies and water into the kadai. adjust salt.
Bring to boil and add broken wheat stirring with one hand.
Ensure that there is no lumps.
When it absorbs the water, close and cook over medium heat for 3 min.
Open, stir and add chopped coriander leaves . Serve hot.
