Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms prawns


  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 1 1/2 tbsp black mustard seeds


  • 2 tbsp white mustard seeds


  • 6-7 nos green chili


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups chopped coconut


  • 1 cups coconut milk


  • 1 nos tender coconut

Directions

  • Take a tender coconut which has started to form soft layers of Coconut inside .
  • Mske a whole ( 2× 2 inch ) on the top keeping the cutout to use a lid later .
  • Drain out the Coconut water inside into a bowl and keep the Coconut aside .
  • Make a smooth paste all the poppy seeds , both mustard seeds , Chilli , Coconut and Coconut milk .
  • Remove the prawns from shells and clean .
  • Now pour a paste in a bowl add salt and turmeric powder mix well .
  • Add mustard oil and mix well , now add the prawns and mix well .
  • Now pour the whole content of the step in the Coconut then cover with the Coconut lid .
  • Now add 2 cup of water in a pressure cooker and set a steel bowl then set the Coconut very gently .
  • Cook it on 15 minutes in medium heat without whistle .
  • Serve with only steam Rice .
