Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups rice


  • 1/4 cups toor dal


  • 1/4 cups chana dal


  • 2 tbsp urad dhal


  • 1 tsp yellow moon dal


  • 1 tsp masoor dal


  • 2 inch ginger


  • 1 cups curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp hing


  • 8 nos dry red chillies


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups oil or ghee

Directions

  • Soak all ingredients for at least 3 to 4 hours and drain water
  • Grind all into a coarse paste (Rava consistency)
  • Add water to bring dosa batter consistency and Adjust salt.
  • Heat dosa tava and spread oil.
  • Pour a ladle full of ground batter and spread as dosa
  • Drizzle ghee or oil on edges.
  • When one side turns crip flip to other side and cook until crisp
  • Serve with aviyal or grated jaggery.
