Spinach Paneer Rolls

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • besan 1 cups

  • curd 4-5 tsp

  • Potatoes Boiled 4-5 nos

  • Paneer 100 gms

  • Palak (spinach) leaves 25-30 nos

  • corn flour 3-4 tsp

  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • Roasted Jeera powder 1/2 tsp

  • red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Oil for deep fry 500 ml

  • Salt or as per your taste 1 tsp

Directions

    Add besan, curd, red chilli powder, salt, soda bi carb & water in a bowl. Mix it well & make thick batter.

    Take paneer. Cut into one inch square pieces. Add salt, red chilli, chat Masala & mix well. Rest for 10 minutes for marinate.

    Take another bowl. Add mashed potatoes, red chilli, salt, corn flour. Mix properly and make dough.

    Making potato rolls: Grease your palm with oil. Place some potato dough and stuff paneer cube. Make roll. Repeat process to make all potato rolls.

    Now dip spinach (palak) leaf in besan batter & place the potato roll in spinach. Roll it.

    Heat oil to fry these rolls. Deep fry rolls until its color changes to golden brown.

    Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. Thank you
