  • 1 cups besan

  • 4-5 tsp curd

  • 4-5 nos potatoes boiled

  • 100 gms paneer

  • 25-30 nos palak (spinach) leaves

  • 3-4 tsp corn flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 500 ml oil for deep fry

  • 1 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • Add besan, curd, red chilli powder, salt, soda bi carb & water in a bowl. Mix it well & make thick batter.
  • Take paneer. Cut into one inch square pieces. Add salt, red chilli, chat Masala & mix well. Rest for 10 minutes for marinate.
  • Take another bowl. Add mashed potatoes, red chilli, salt, corn flour. Mix properly and make dough.
  • Making potato rolls: Grease your palm with oil. Place some potato dough and stuff paneer cube. Make roll. Repeat process to make all potato rolls.
  • Now dip spinach (palak) leaf in besan batter & place the potato roll in spinach. Roll it.
  • Heat oil to fry these rolls. Deep fry rolls until its color changes to golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. Thank you
