Ingredients

  • chicken 275 gms

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • Paprika 1 tsp

  • Salt or to taste 1 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp

  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp

  • Semolina 1/2 cups

  • Oil for Frying 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilly Halves 2 nos

  • Chopped Coriander 1 tsp

Directions

    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, paprika, egg, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt for 2 hours.

    Mix corn flour, all purpose flour throughly. take out chicken pieces and again coat for 10 minutes

    Heat oil in kadai and coat chicken each piece with semolina and fry chicken till done on both sides.

    Take 1 tbsp oil on pan, fry green chilly and ad fried chicken and toss in

    Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot..
