Make a mixture of minced chicken, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
Make a shape of cutlet & keep it in fridge for an hour.
Make a mixture of eggs, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt.
After an hour coat the cutlets with bread crumbs & then dip in egg mixture.
Again coat it with bread crumbs.
Heat enough oil in a pan & deep fry it in medium heat till it turns golden brown.
