Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos chicken leg piece


  • 2 nos egg


  • 2 cups bread crumbs


  • 2 cups oats


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 5 tsp onion paste


  • 1 tsp ginger galric paste


  • 3 tsp curd


  • 2 tsp green chili paste


  • 2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder


  • 1 tsp green chili sauce


  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Boil the leg pieces in pressure cooker.
  • Then marinate it with salt, turmeric powder, green chilli paste, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder & lemon juice. Keep it in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Make a mixture of eggs, turmeric powder, red chilli & kashmiri red chilli powder,green chilli sauce & salt.
  • Coat the leg pieces in bread crumbs & then dip it in egg mixture.
  • Again coat it with oat mixture & deep fry it.
