Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups maida


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 4 nos boiled potato


  • 1 tsp roasted jeera


  • 1 tsp mango powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chopped corriander


  • 8 nos cloves


  • 2 cups oil to fry


  • 2 tbsp boiled and pureed spinach


  • 2 tbsp tomato boiled and pureed

Directions

  • Mash porato mix all ingredients in a big bowl .
  • take tomato spinach puree in different plate .
  • Take another bowl add maida ghee and make three parts of it and add spinach tomato water and make three colour Soft dough
  • Keep on rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan .
  • Take out dough and make lemon size balls from this
  • Make small poories from all colour dough ball.
  • Take a poori cut slants on side
  • Add potato stuffing in the center
  • Make plates with maida skat strips .
  • Add clove on the place of eye .
  • Fry them on mefium flame till crisp .
  • Drain out on tissue paper
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce
