Mash porato mix all ingredients in a big bowl .
take tomato spinach puree in different plate .
Take another bowl add maida ghee and make three parts of it and add spinach tomato water and make three colour Soft dough
Keep on rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan .
Take out dough and make lemon size balls from this
Make small poories from all colour dough ball.
Take a poori cut slants on side
Add potato stuffing in the center
Make plates with maida skat strips .
Add clove on the place of eye .
Fry them on mefium flame till crisp .
Drain out on tissue paper
Serve hot with tomato sauce
