Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups fresh green gram


  • 1/4 bowls whole dried milk


  • 1/2 bowls sugar


  • 1 cups milk


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds


  • 2 tbsp coconut powder


  • 1 nos silver vark

Directions

  • Heat clarified butter in a pan.Grind green gram coarsely and add in the pan.Stir constantly for 10 - 15 mins.Add sugar and milk and stir until thick consistency.Add whole dried milk/mawa and cardamom powder and mix well.Add raisins and crushed almonds and mix well.Pour the mixture in the bowlGarnish with almonds and silver vark.
