Ingredients

  • Baby potato...500gm


  • Chopped onion...1


  • Ginger garlic paste...1tspn


  • Peas...1cup


  • Red chilli powder...2tspn


  • Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn


  • Chopped tomato...1


  • Onion paste...2tspn


  • Turmeric powder...1tspn


  • Cumin powder...1tspn


  • Garam masala...1tspn


  • Coriander leaves...2tspn


  • Salt ..1tspn

Directions

  • Boil potatoes & peas.
  • Heat oil, add chopped onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  • After few minutes add onion paste & all spices.
  • Add boiled potatoes & peas.Mix it well.
  • Add salt & sugar.Stir it constantly.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water.Cover it & cook it well.
  • After 10 to 15 minutes open the lid & adjust salt & gravy.
  • Add garam masala & coriander leaves.Mix it well & switch off the flame.
  • Serve it with butter roti or any parantha.
