Wash and soak Fenugreek Seeds in sufficient water for 4 hrs or more.
Rinse the water and boil soaked Fenugreek Seeds for 3-4 minutes.
In a Pan or wok heat up 2 tsp oil.
Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Add boiled Fenugreek Seeds, Chopped green Chillies and Chopped raw mango.
Add salt and mix well
Add dry spices and mix well.
Cover with the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
