Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 50 gms fenugreek seeds


  • 1 nos raw mango


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1-2 tsp coriander powder

Directions

  • Wash and soak Fenugreek Seeds in sufficient water for 4 hrs or more.
  • Rinse the water and boil soaked Fenugreek Seeds for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a Pan or wok heat up 2 tsp oil.
  • Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  • Add boiled Fenugreek Seeds, Chopped green Chillies and Chopped raw mango.
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Add dry spices and mix well.
  • Cover with the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Switched off the flame your healthy tasty Fenugreek Seeds curry is ready to serve.
  • You can store this for 7 days or more. It helps to reduce weight, hair fall etc.
