flour 1 cups
clarified butter 1 tbsp
Onion Seed 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 cups
Warm Water 1/4 cups
In a bowl add flour,salt and onion seed .Add clarified butter and mix well.
Add warm water little by little and make a tight dough.
let it rest for 5 minutes.Take a lemon-size ball from the prepared dough.Roll into a thin circle.Then fold it to trainglura shape.Check the video above.Use a dash of water to press the fold.
Heat oil .Fry them in batches at medium flame until they are crispy and done.Cool and store.
