Ingredients

  • wheat flour 1 bowls

  • soaked urad dal 1/2 bowls

  • soaked moong dal 1/2 bowls

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • hing 1/2 tsp

  • dhania powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

Directions

    For Bedmi first of all drain the excess water of soaked urad and moong dal.

    Now put it in to the mixing jar by adding all the dry ingredients.

    Blend it into a fine batter.

  • 04

    Now put this batter in to the wheat flour.

    Knead it and make a dough.

  • 06

    If needed add little bit water to it.

    Now make balls of the dough.

    Make size of puris.

    Drop the puris into the heated oil for deep fry.

    Flip it.

    When it turns brown and crispy transfer it on the kitchen roll so that excess of oil comes out.

    Bedmi is ready to eat.

    Serve Bedmi with Aloo ki subzi and mooli, gobhi ka achaar.
