  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 8-9 nos chote alu


  • 2 tsp namak

Directions

  • Aalu ko chilkar chaku ki sahayata se chhede karke rakhe.
  • Dhaniya patti, jeera, hari mirch aur lahsun ko mixer me piss le.
  • Tamatar ko bhi mixer me piss le.
  • cooker me oil dalkar garam kare.
  • Dhaniya ka paste dal de.
  • 5 min tak use bich bich me ghumakar bhune.
  • tamatar ka paste dal de. 2 min bhune.
  • ab aalu dhokar dal de aur baki k masale bhi dal de.
  • ache se ghuma le aur dhakan rakhkar 5 min kam aanch par chhod de.
  • Apko jitni thick gravy chahiye us hisab se pani dale aur 3 citiya lagwa le.
  • sabji taiyar hai cheese se sajakar roti, chapati, tanduri roti ya chawal k sath serve kare.
