chicken pieces 1 kgs
Onions,sliced 3-4 nos
Garlic,minced 1/4 cups
Ginger,grated 1 inch
Green Chillies,finely chopped 4-5 nos
Oniuon,finely chopped 1 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
red Chili Powdr 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
Chicken Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Medium tomatoes,finely chopped 2 nos
Green Corainder Leaves,finely chopped 1/4 cups
For Tempering: cloves 3-4 nos
Green cardamom 2-3 nos
Cinnamon 1 inch
Bay Leaves 2 nos
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
Heat oil in a wok, add all tempering spices and let them crackle
Add sliced onions and fry till transparent
Now add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies and onions. Fry for few minutes.
Now add all dry spice powder soaked in some water. Fry for few minutes.
Add chicken pieces and mix well. Cover to cook on low flame.
When chicken is almost done, add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cover to cook till tomatoes are done.
Finally add green coriander leaves and mix well.
Your lipsmaking chicken dish is ready to serve.
