Heat oil in a wok, add all tempering spices and let them crackle
Add sliced onions and fry till transparent
Now add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies and onions. Fry for few minutes.
Now add all dry spice powder soaked in some water. Fry for few minutes.
Add chicken pieces and mix well. Cover to cook on low flame.
Stir occasionally.
When chicken is almost done, add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cover to cook till tomatoes are done.
Finally add green coriander leaves and mix well.
Your lipsmaking chicken dish is ready to serve.
