Boneless Chicken 500 gms
Mangoes 2 nos
onion 1 nos
Oil 3 tbsp
For the Marinade : Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 5-6 nos
Mango, Mashed (puree) 4 tbsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
For sauce thickener:Cornstarch 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Direction::::---• Make bite size pieces of the chicken.• Add cornstarch to it and let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
Mash the mango and make mango juice for marinade.
Mix mashed mango and juice and sugar. Marinate chicken in this sauce and keep it for at least 1-2 hours.
Heat oil in a wok and sauté the spring onion and garlic.
Add spices(you require)
Add marinated chicken and mix it well.
Preheat oven at 425 °F.
Bake it in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Take it out for platting and pour remaining marinade over it or mango sauce over it.
Garnish with mint leaves.
