Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms boneless chicken


  • 2 nos mangoes


  • 1 nos onion


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp for the marinade : cornstarch


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves


  • 4 tbsp mango, mashed (puree)


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp for sauce thickener:cornstarch


  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  • Direction::::---• Make bite size pieces of the chicken.• Add cornstarch to it and let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
  • Mash the mango and make mango juice for marinade.
  • Mix mashed mango and juice and sugar. Marinate chicken in this sauce and keep it for at least 1-2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a wok and sauté the spring onion and garlic.
  • Add spices(you require)
  • Add marinated chicken and mix it well.
  • Preheat oven at 425 °F.
  • Bake it in oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Take it out for platting and pour remaining marinade over it or mango sauce over it.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
