Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 1 cups curd


  • 2 nos finally chopped onions


  • 2 nos finally chopped tomatoes


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 1 tsp salt according to taste


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 nos big capsicum cut in cubes


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 1 nos corriander leaves-hand full


  • 1 tsp for dry masala:-cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 2 tsp corriander seeds


  • 1 tsp black pepper seeds


  • 4-5 nos dry red chilly


  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi

Directions

  • Take a bowl. Add chicken, curd,ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice in it. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and soute for a while.
  • Add chopped onions and soute them till they become transparent.
  • Add tomatoes in it and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder in it and cook them till the oil separates.
  • Now add marinated chicken and dry masala in it. Mix properly.
  • Cover the kadai and cook it till the chicken becomes tender.
  • Now add capsicum and green chillies in it. Stir well. cook it for five minutes.
  • Add corriander leaves in it. Mix well.
  • It's ready.
