  • Ripe mango medium size 3 nos

  • Raw mango big size 1 nos

  • Sugar 1/2 tbsp

  • Black salt 1 tsp

    Next add little bit of oil in the pan

    Cut mangoes in the pieces

    Add raw mango pieces stir fry

    Add raw mango pieces

    Stir fry

    Add sugar

    Stirring continuously

    Add half cup water

    Boil add black salt

    Next keep the mango in the mixing bowl

    When it becomes cool blend it

    Keep it in the glass and fridge the glass for two hours
