  • 3 nos ripe mango medium size


  • 1 nos raw mango big size


  • 1/2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp black salt

Directions

  • Next add little bit of oil in the pan
  • Cut mangoes in the pieces
  • Add raw mango pieces stir fry
  • Add raw mango pieces
  • Stir fry
  • Add sugar
  • Stirring continuously
  • Add half cup water
  • Boil add black salt
  • Next keep the mango in the mixing bowl
  • When it becomes cool blend it
  • Keep it in the glass and fridge the glass for two hours
  • Delicious mango delight is ready
