Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Canned Mushrooms finely chopped 1 cups

  • garlic finely chopped 1 tsp

  • cream cheese 2 tbsp

  • cooking cream 2 cups

  • shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cups

  • Oregano 1 pinch

  • Basil leaves finely chopped 7 nos

  • Salt as needed 2 tsp

  • pepper 3 tsp

  • olive oil 1 tbsp

  • Stuffing:chicken breast 3 nos

  • spinach 1 cups

  • carrot chopped finely 1/2 cups

  • capsicum chopped finely 1/2 cups

  • onion chopped 1/2 cups

  • eggs 2 nos

  • oregano 1 pinch

  • salt 2 tsp

  • pepper 2 tsp

  • bread crumbs 4 tbsp

  • cheese shredded 1/2 cups

Directions

    Step 1 :Heat olive oil.

    Add garlic and mushrooms

  • 03

    Stir for a minute.

    Add cream and boil.

    Add both the cheeses,spices and basil leaves.

    Stir occasionally until the sauce becomes thick.

    Set aside.

    Step 2 : Mix all mentioned under step 2 ingredients. Open cut the chicken breast.

    Place the chicken on a baking sheet.

    Flatten it.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper.

    Put the stuffing in the middle.

    Roll the chicken.

    Seal the end with toothpick.

    Grill 30 minutes.

    Remove the toothpick and serve with sauce.
