Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 250 gms minced chicken breast


  • 1 tsp onion powder


  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • 1 tsp dried oregano


  • 1 tsp dried parsley


  • 1 tsp dried basil


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp peri peri powder


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients together on a food processor and make a fine paste
  • Transfer the mixture in to a bowl
  • Place an aluminium foil
  • Transfer the chicken into the centre of the foil and roll it tightly
  • Wrap both the sides of the foil just like a toffee tightly
  • Place a boiling water on a kadai and slowly slowly transfer the chicken wraps on it
  • Cover the lid of the kadai and cook for 10 minutes at medium heat
  • After 10 minutes remove the chicken wraps from kadai and it it cool completely
  • After cooling unwrap the chicken and slice it into salami pieces and it's ready to serve
  • Enjoy your salami with some dip of your choice
