Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups dark chocolate chopped


  • 500 ml for custard-milk


  • 7 tbsp sugar


  • 2-3 tbsp vanilla custard powder


  • 1 cups mix seasonal fruit,chopped

Directions

  • Melt the chocolate in double boiler .
  • Now temper the chocolate by spoon.
  • Take a silicon muffin mold pour some melted chocolate and turn rotate the mold evenly spread the chocolate in mold .
  • Now set the mold in fridge.
  • Demold the chocolate cup from mold.
  • Now prepare the custard half cup milk keep a side and boil the remain milk in pan.
  • Mix the custard powder in half cup milk mix well.
  • When come first boil add sugar and when comes 2nd boil add custard milk paste when custard get thick switch off the flame.
  • When custard come on room temperature put the custard in fridge and chill the custard.
  • Add the fruits in chill custard.
  • Put the custard in chocolate cup serve immediately.
