Ingredients

Serves 4

  • full cream milk 1 1/2 litre

  • Almonds Blanched and Peeled 20 nos

  • Cashew Soaked in water 15 nos

  • Pistachios blanched and peeled 30 nos

  • Honey 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Rose water with Rose Petals 1 bowls

  • Rose Petals 25 nos

  • Green cardamom 15 nos

  • Peppercorns 15 nos

  • Fennel Seeds 2 tbsp

  • Melon Seeds 1 tbsp

  • ICe Cubes 7-8 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Take almonds, cashew, pistachios, melon seeds, fennel seeds and churn them into a powder which is coarsely grounded

  • 02

    Now add peppercorns, cardamom seeds with rose petals and make it into a powder in mixer grinder

  • 03

    Take milk, add honey and rose water and blend it well.

  • 04

    Add this churned powder of thandai into milk and blend well

  • 05

    Delicious thandai is ready to be served chilled with ice cubes, garnishing with flaked almonds, pistachios and rose petals
