Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 litre full cream milk


  • 20 nos almonds blanched and peeled


  • 15 nos cashew soaked in water


  • 30 nos pistachios blanched and peeled


  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey


  • 1 bowls rose water with rose petals


  • 25 nos rose petals


  • 15 nos green cardamom


  • 15 nos peppercorns


  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tbsp melon seeds


  • 7-8 nos ice cubes

Directions

  • Take almonds, cashew, pistachios, melon seeds, fennel seeds and churn them into a powder which is coarsely grounded
  • Now add peppercorns, cardamom seeds with rose petals and make it into a powder in mixer grinder
  • Take milk, add honey and rose water and blend it well.
  • Add this churned powder of thandai into milk and blend well
  • Delicious thandai is ready to be served chilled with ice cubes, garnishing with flaked almonds, pistachios and rose petals
  • Enjoy endlessly
