  • Urad Dal 1 bowls

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Chopped Dry fruits(pista, kaju,kismis) 3-4 tsp

  • Hing 1/4 tsp

  • Oil for frying 1/2 litre

  • Curd-for serving 1 bowls

  • Imli ki Saunth 1 bowls

  • Dhaniya Pudina Chutney 1 bowls

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Bhuna Jeera Powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander 1 tbsp

  • Fresh Pomegranate Seeds 2 tsp

Directions

    Sabse pahale dal ko ache se wash karke water mai soak kare 4hours ke liye.

    Ab dal ko mixer mai daal kar smooth paste bna le aur 1hour ke liye side mai rkkhe.

    Ab dal ko hand se khub fhate aur usme salt, jeera, hing powder milaye.

    Ab pan mai oil garam kare aur medium hot oil mai bhalla fry kare .sabhi bhalla fry karke rakh le.

    Ab bhallo ko paani mai kuch der ke liye soak kare.

    Ab bhalle se sara paani nikal de aur mixer mai daal kar paste bna le.

    Paste mai chopped dryfruits milaye.

  • 08

    Paste ko kulfi mould mai daal kar 5-6hour ke liye frizer mai set kare.

    Ab kulfi ko plate mai rkkhe uss par dahi, imli ki chutney, green chutney, salt, bhuna jeera powder, red chilli powder,pomegranate seeds aur chopped coriander se garnish kar serve kare.
