  • 2 nos raw mango pulp

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 nos lemon juice

  • 1 tsp tatri powder(citric acid)

  • 1 cups rice vermicelli

  • 3-4 cups crushed ice chilled


  • Boil rice vermicelli and strain the excess water
  • In a bowl melt sugar in little water
  • Add raw mango pulp and lemon juice
  • Now add tatri in raw mango mixture and strain the mixture
  • In this mango and tatri syrup add lots of crushed ice and vermicelli
  • Now serve chilled immediately because it should be icy
  • You can add little chat masala to give a punch
