Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Raw Mango Pulp 2 nos

  • Sugar 2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 nos

  • Tatri Powder(Citric Acid) 1 tsp

  • Rice Vermicelli 1 cups

  • Crushed ice chilled 3-4 cups

Directions

    Boil rice vermicelli and strain the excess water

  • 02

    In a bowl melt sugar in little water

  • 03

    Add raw mango pulp and lemon juice

  • 04

    Now add tatri in raw mango mixture and strain the mixture

  • 05

    In this mango and tatri syrup add lots of crushed ice and vermicelli

  • 06

    Now serve chilled immediately because it should be icy

  • 07

    You can add little chat masala to give a punch
