  • 3 tbsp grated jaggery


  • 1 pinch ginger powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch elaichi powder


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • soak jaggery in water..let it dissolve..Now strain it
  • To the strained jaggery water,add ginger powder,salt,lemon juice and elaichi powder
  • Mix well and serve
