Ingredients

  • large apple, cored and chopped (keep the skin for extra fiber) 1 nos

  • kiwis, peeled and cubed 3 nos

  • oats soaked in sweet water or apple juice 2 tbsp

  • orange juice 2 tsp

  • fresh curd 2 tsp

  • lime juice 1/2 tsp

  • mint juice 1/2 tsp

  • ginger grated( optional) 1/4 tsp

  • honey or as per taste 4 tsp

  • black salt 2 pinch

  • Ice cubes 1 cups

Directions

    In a blender, add the ingredients in the given order and blend until smooth.

    Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the prepared smoothie.

  • 03

    Add crushed ice as per the choice.

  • 04

    Garnish with kiwi slice and serve chilled.
