large apple, cored and chopped (keep the skin for extra fiber) 1 nos
kiwis, peeled and cubed 3 nos
oats soaked in sweet water or apple juice 2 tbsp
orange juice 2 tsp
fresh curd 2 tsp
lime juice 1/2 tsp
mint juice 1/2 tsp
ginger grated( optional) 1/4 tsp
honey or as per taste 4 tsp
black salt 2 pinch
Ice cubes 1 cups
In a blender, add the ingredients in the given order and blend until smooth.
Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the prepared smoothie.
Add crushed ice as per the choice.
Garnish with kiwi slice and serve chilled.
