3-4 tbsp imli pulp
1 litre water
1 tsp black salt
4 tbsp sugar (to taste)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
8-10 nos mint leaf,crushed
6-8 nos ice cube
Directions
Imli pulp and water mix and boil 5min and add sugar switch off the flame.
Add salt n cumin powder n mint leaf mix well.
Chill this Sarbat in fridge.
Add ice cube in glass pour the sarbat and serve chill.
