Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3-4 tbsp imli pulp


  • 1 litre water


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 4 tbsp sugar (to taste)


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 8-10 nos mint leaf,crushed


  • 6-8 nos ice cube

Directions

  • Imli pulp and water mix and boil 5min and add sugar switch off the flame.
  • Add salt n cumin powder n mint leaf mix well.
  • Chill this Sarbat in fridge.
  • Add ice cube in glass pour the sarbat and serve chill.
