Ingredients

Serves 2

  • large mangoes preferably Alphonso 2 nos

  • Milk(optional) 1/4 cups

  • Powdered Sugar or as per the sweetness of the mangoes 1 tbsp

  • Saffron/Kesar Strands 5 nos

  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Rinse the mangoes(alphonso), peel and chop them.

  • 02

    Put the mango pieces in a blender jar. Add powdered sugar and saffron strands.

  • 03

    Blend the mangoes to smooth pulp.

  • 04

    To thin down the aamras, add milk.(optional)

  • 05

    Pour in small bowls and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  • 06

    Garnish with saffron strands and serve it chilled.
