1 cups milk
1 nos apple
2-3 tbsp cook oats
2 tsp honey
5-6 nos ic cube
Directions
Firstly cook the oats in milk and keep side(fridge)for cool.
Cut the Apple n discard the seed .
Put the Apple n honey in blender n blend.
Add oats n ice blend again.
Now add milk blend blend.
Serve this smoothie in glass garnish with Apple .
