Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups beetroot juice
  • 2-3 tbsp agave nector
  • 1/2 cups club soda or white rum
  • 1 cups ice cubes
  • 1 nos mint leaves.handful
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 nos lemon wedges

Directions

  • In a pitcher add beetroot , ice , agave nector and lemon juice.
  • Muddle mint leaves and lemon wedges and add in pitcher along with white rum. shake it well and pour in a mug or glass.
  • If you want to make it non alcoholic you can use club soda .
  • Pour soda after pouring the drink in the glass.
