1/2 cups sweet curd
1/2 cups beetroot juice ( grated beetroot soaked in water and drained)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
Directions
Churn or blend curd to form a smooth paste. Add sugar and some water with the beetroot juice and blend again.
Pour in a glass and add some cardamom powder. Stir well and serve chilled
