In a bowl add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar whisk well.
In a another bowl add boiled water and coffee powder.
Add butter, vinegar and mix it. Till everything is nicely combined.
Use a 5 inch cake pan lined with some parchment paper and greased the tin.
Pour the batter in the tin.
Bake the cake at 160°c for 15 - 20 minutes.
After 15 minutes cake is ready. Let it cool completely.
For ice-cream -
In a bowl add heavy cream beat it for 5 minutes.
Add condensed milk, nutrella and beat it.
Now cut the 3 equal parts of cake.
Spread the nutrella ice cream on the 1st piece of cake.
Now arrange the 2nd piece of cake on it.
Again spread the nutrella ice cream on it.
Arrange 3rd piece of cake on the top.
Spread the nutrella ice cream on the top.
Wrap it with cling wrap.
Keep it in freezer for 6 - 7 hours.
After 6 - 7 hours our nutrella ice-cream cake is ready.
