Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 30 gms butter


  • 60 ml boiling water


  • 1 tsp coffee powder


  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  • 1 cups heavy cream 36% fat


  • 30 gms condensed milk


  • 70 gms nutella

Directions

  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar whisk well.
  • In a another bowl add boiled water and coffee powder.
  • Add butter, vinegar and mix it. Till everything is nicely combined.
  • Use a 5 inch cake pan lined with some parchment paper and greased the tin.
  • Pour the batter in the tin.
  • Bake the cake at 160°c for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes cake is ready. Let it cool completely.
  • For ice-cream -
  • In a bowl add heavy cream beat it for 5 minutes.
  • Add condensed milk, nutrella and beat it.
  • Now cut the 3 equal parts of cake.
  • Spread the nutrella ice cream on the 1st piece of cake.
  • Now arrange the 2nd piece of cake on it.
  • Again spread the nutrella ice cream on it.
  • Arrange 3rd piece of cake on the top.
  • Spread the nutrella ice cream on the top.
  • Wrap it with cling wrap.
  • Keep it in freezer for 6 - 7 hours.
  • After 6 - 7 hours our nutrella ice-cream cake is ready.
  • Icing with Nutrella ice-cream.
