ripe alphonso mango, peeled, stoned and chopped into pieces 2 nos
Sugar(adjust to taste) 2 tbsp
Chilled milk 400 ml
Vanilla ice cream scoops(Mango) 2 nos
1. In a blender jar, add the mango pieces, sugar and milk and blend it till smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste if needed.
2. In 2 tall glasses, add the prepared thick mango shake. Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, chopped nuts, fresh mango pieces and tutti fruiti. Serve it immediately. Enjoy!
