Mango Peach Ice-cream Delight

Directions

• Cut the mangoes and the peaches into large chunks.
• Put in blender or food processor to purée.
• Combine the purée , heavy cream, milkmaid and sugar in a large bowl and mix very well with a hand blender until fluffy.
• Put ice cream mixture in an air tight container and sprinkle pomegranate kernels and mango chunks generously.
• Let it sit in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours.
• When set, scoop out and serve chilled.
• We can garnish with mint leaves also(optional)
• Enjoy endlessly
