Ingredients

Serves 4

  • big size ripe mangoes 2 nos

  • big size ripe peaches 2 nos

  • heavy cream 1/2 cups

  • milkmaid 1/2 cups

  • sugar (optional) 1 tbsp

  • For the garnish : Pomegranate Pearls 2 tbsp

  • Mango chunks 1 tbsp

Directions

    Cut the mangoes and the peaches into large chunks.

  • 02

    Put in blender or food processor to purée.

  • 03

    Combine the purée , heavy cream, milkmaid and sugar in a large bowl and mix very well with a hand blender until fluffy.

    Put ice cream mixture in an air tight container and sprinkle pomegranate kernels and mango chunks generously.

    Let it sit in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours.

    When set, scoop out and serve chilled.

  • 07

    We can garnish with mint leaves also(optional)
