big size ripe mangoes 2 nos
big size ripe peaches 2 nos
heavy cream 1/2 cups
milkmaid 1/2 cups
sugar (optional) 1 tbsp
For the garnish : Pomegranate Pearls 2 tbsp
Mango chunks 1 tbsp
Cut the mangoes and the peaches into large chunks.
Put in blender or food processor to purée.
Combine the purée , heavy cream, milkmaid and sugar in a large bowl and mix very well with a hand blender until fluffy.
Put ice cream mixture in an air tight container and sprinkle pomegranate kernels and mango chunks generously.
Let it sit in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours.
When set, scoop out and serve chilled.
We can garnish with mint leaves also(optional)
