Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups curd preferably fresh and thick


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 2 nos pedas crumbled


  • 1 tbsp milkmaid


  • 2 tsp sugar powder or as per the taste


  • 10-12 nos saffron strands


  • 2 pinch cardamom powder


  • 2 tsp badam kesariya thandai syrup


  • 1 cups ice cubes/crushed ice


  • 1 tsp for the garnish : pistachios chopped


  • 5-6 nos saffron strands


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 10-12 nos rose petals for garnishing

Directions

  • First of all soak saffron strands in lukewarm water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile take curd in a bowl, beat it with the help of a beater till it becomes smooth and ensure that no lumps remain.
  • Now add crumbled pedas, sugar, milk and thandai syrup and blend well till they mix properly with the curd.
  • Add saffron flavoured water, cardamom powder and ice and mix well with the lassi.
  • Pour in chilled glasses .
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios, rose petals and saffron strands.
  • Sprinkle 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Cool and refreshing flavoured lassi is ready
