Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Chana ka sattu (flour from roasted gram with skin) - 3 teaspoon

  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black Salt -1/4 teaspoon

  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Green Chilli - finely chopped, 1/2 teaspoon

  • Water - 2 cups

  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

    Take sattu, black salt, salt, and cumin powder in a glass.

    Add little water and make a smooth paste.

  • 03

    Next add lemon juice and chopped green chilli and mix well.

  • 04

    Finally add the remaining water to top the glass and serve immediately.
