Directions
First Step is to Prepare our raw mangoes to a stage where we can easily squeeze out the goodness inside of it.
Roast the raw mangoes directly on low-medium heat. Important point is to roast the mango on all sides. A good check would be to see the skin of mango going black on all sides. At that moment, place it aside and let it cool completely.
If you do not like the above method, place raw mangoes along with water in a sauce-pan and bring it to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and then remove.
You can also pressure cook the mangoes with water, till they are soft. Pressure cooking time varies on the size of raw mangoes.
Whatever above method you deploy, Let the mangoes cool down completely. After that peel them and discard the seeds and peel.
Now mash the Mangoes with a hand blander to make a smooth pulp
Strain the mixture with mesh strainer. Collect the liquid in a vessel.
Now take a blender and mix everything. i.e Add mint leaves, Jaggery, cumin powder, black pepper powder, Rock salt and mango pulp. Blend them to a smooth mixture.
One/4th of panna syrup cup is to 1 cup water is the ideal ratio to make an awesome mango shots
