Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups bottle gourd


  • 1 cups pistachio


  • 1 cups cream


  • 2 cups milkmaide


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cups mix dry fruits


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 4 nos cherry

Directions

  • Peel and grate lauki / bottle gourd.
  • pour the milk in the pan, add bottle gourd in it and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After that, pour sugar dry fruits in it and keep running.
  • Keep stirring until the mixture gets thick and cook the bottle gourd.
  • Now add cardamom powder and pistachios powder and cream.
  • Let the mixture cool down, then grind it.
  • Now in the container container is ready for 5 to 6 hours in the freezer.
  • Decorating with some almonds
