Beetel Leaf 1 nos
Fresh Cream 200 gms
Lagoon Mocktail Syrup 5-6 tsp
Castor Sugar 3-4 tsp
Crushed Ice 1 bowls
Bottles Chilled Soda 1 nos
Sprinkles or as per needed 2-3 tsp
Directions
Mix castor sugar in cream.
keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Blend beetel leaves in blender.
Blend beetel leave in blender.
Add 1-2 tsp blue lagoon mocktail syrup in serving glass.
Now paste of beetel leave.
Add chilled soda and crushed ice.
Beat cream till fluffy.
Pour cream in piping bag.
Make design on mocktail.
Top it with sprinkles.
Serve Chilled.
