1 cups rice cooked rice
1/4 cups thick yoghurt
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
5 nos curry leaves
Directions
Add 2 cups of water into cooked rice and close it. Let it rest to ferment for 9 hours
Strain the fermented water, add yogurt and whisk briskly to a uniform mixture.
In a tempering pan heat oil and add mustard cumin seeds, Asafoetida and curry leaves.
After the mustard splutters add to the fermented mixture and its ready to be served.
A healthy drink to keep the tummy cool and beat the heat without any side effects.
