Take a bowl add coco powder...baking soda...milk....chocolate ice-cream...vanilla essence in it .....then mix it well
Then pour it in a circle shaped bowl...and bake it in a oven
Then spread cake cream on the cake
Then cut it into a equal four pieces than pour cake cream on each piece
And add choco chips for garnishing...
Then keep it in a refrigerator
Your chilled icecream cake is ready
