milk powder ings for milkmaid 3/4 cups
icing Sugar 1/2 cups
Warm Milk 1/2 cups
Butter 1 tsp
Milk 1 1/2 litre
Milkmaid 200 gms
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Elaichi Powder 1 tsp
Pista Emulsion 1 tsp
Crushed Pista & Almonds 1/2 cups
Chopped Pista & Almond for garnishing 2 tbsp
method for milkmaidmix all the iabove four ngredients and blend it for 6_7 mins your milkmaid is ready
method for kulfiTake one cup cold milk and keep the remaining milk for boiling add elaichi powder .
when it is boiled put it on low flame and boil it for about 20 mins.
Now add cornflour and milk powder in one cup cold milk and mix it properly see that there are no lumps.
Now add this to the boiling milk add sugar and boil for 5mins
Now add milkmaid and let it boil for sumtime on low flame keep stirring and scrap the sides.
Now add the crushed almonds and pistas mix it well and off the flame.keep it for cooling when it cools down compltetly add the emulsion pour it in kulfi mould or in a setting mould
Cover the mould with a foil paper and . freeze it. It will take atleast 8/9 hours for setting...
When it is set garnish with chopped dry fruits cut into slices and serve chilled.
