  • 1 cups mango


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 3 cups water


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Blend mango,sugar and salt together in a blender
  • Add water and whip slowly
  • strain the juice using a strainer
  • Add this extracts to the popsicle mould
  • freeze for eight hours
  • demould the mango popsicle by showing the mould in tap water
  • Mango popsicle is ready
