  • 3 nos ripe banana, peeled, mashed

  • 1 nos sweetened condensed milk can

  • 2 cups whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate kernels

  • 4 nos mint sprigs for ganishing

  • 1 nos black currant jelly packet


  • Combine bananas and condensed milk in a large bowl. keep aside.
  • Whisk in cream separately in a bowl.Now pour banana mixture into cream
  • Cover and freeze until softly set, stirring occasionally, after about 2 hours.
  • Repeat this stirring process twice.
  • Return stirred mixture to same dish. Cover and freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
  • Take a pack of jelly and ready according to instructions.
  • Now take serving dish pour jelly then layer With ready banana ice cream .
  • Now Garnish With pomegranate kernels and with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
