Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Ripe banana, peeled, mashed 3 nos

  • sweetened condensed milk can 1 nos

  • Whipping Cream 2 cups

  • Honey 2 tbsp

  • Pomegranate kernels 1 tbsp

  • Mint Sprigs for ganishing 4 nos

  • Black Currant Jelly Packet 1 nos

Directions

    Combine bananas and condensed milk in a large bowl. keep aside.

    Whisk in cream separately in a bowl.Now pour banana mixture into cream

  • 03

    Cover and freeze until softly set, stirring occasionally, after about 2 hours.

    Repeat this stirring process twice.

  • 05

    Return stirred mixture to same dish. Cover and freeze until firm, about 6 hours.

    Take a pack of jelly and ready according to instructions.

    Now take serving dish pour jelly then layer With ready banana ice cream .

  • 08

    Now Garnish With pomegranate kernels and with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
