Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Raw Mangoes 2 nos

  • Jaggery or sugar 2 tbsp

  • Mint leaves 10-15 nos

  • Roasted Jeera Powder 1 tsp

  • Black Salt 1 tsp

  • Rock Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Boil raw mangoes until tender.

  • 02

    Once cooled scoope out pulp.

  • 03

    Grind all ingredients in a grinder.

  • 04

    Add chilled water and crushed ice.

  • 05

    Serve chilled aam pana.
