Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 nos raw mangoes


  • 2 tbsp jaggery or sugar


  • 10-15 nos mint leaves


  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp rock salt

Directions

  • Boil raw mangoes until tender.
  • Once cooled scoope out pulp.
  • Grind all ingredients in a grinder.
  • Add chilled water and crushed ice.
  • Serve chilled aam pana.
