Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1/2 cups raw mango pulp


  • 1/4 tsp gms powder


  • 1/4 tsp stabilizer powder


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream


  • 50 ml vip cream


  • 1/2 tsp combined chilli powder and salt with decoration


  • 20 nos raw mango slices

Directions

  • First boil the milk for 1/2 hour,after 1/2 hour mix the 2 powders,make it cool,mix raw mango pulp+fresh cream+Vip cream,mix it in the mixer,then keep it in freezer for 3 hours,after 3 hours mix it again in the mixer,then set it 6 hour in freezer,and serve it with chilli powder and salt
