Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Milk 1/2 litre

  • Raw Mango Pulp 1/2 cups

  • GMS Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Stabilizer Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Fresh Cream 1/2 cups

  • Vip Cream 50 ml

  • Combined chilli powder and salt with decoration 1/2 tsp

  • Raw Mango Slices 20 nos

Directions

  • 01

    First boil the milk for 1/2 hour,after 1/2 hour mix the 2 powders,make it cool,mix raw mango pulp+fresh cream+Vip cream,mix it in the mixer,then keep it in freezer for 3 hours,after 3 hours mix it again in the mixer,then set it 6 hour in freezer,and serve it with chilli powder and salt
