Milk 200 ml
Rice Flour 1 tbsp
RoastedVermicelli 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tsp
Chopped Dry Fruits 1 tbsp
Starwberries 7-8 nos
Mawa 1/2 tbsp
Khus Syrup 1 tsp
To make base layer, first take strawberrys in a blender and blend.
Heat strawberry puree in a pan and keep stirring till it thickens. Now switch off the flame.
Strawberry compote is ready. Keep aside to cool.
To make middle layer, boil 100 ml milk in a pan.
Now roasted vermicelli in boiled milk and keep cooking till it softens completely.
Now switch off the flame and add honey. Stir nicely.
Keep aside to cool completely.
Now to make top layer, take 100 ml milk in heavy bottom pan.
Add mawa and rice flour in milk and stir nicely . Mixture should be lump free.
Now boil this milk with continuously stirring at low flame.
When milk thickens , switch off the flame. Phirni is ready.
Now add khus syrup in it and stir nicely.
Keep aside to cool completely .
Now for assembling , take a pudding glass and add strawberry compote in it.
Now with the help of spoon add ready vermicelli mixture without messing the base layer.
Add very slowly , so that layers can be clearly visible.
Now in the same way add khus phirni as top layer of the pudding.
Garnish with strawberry and chopped dry fruit. Chill for an hour.
Strawberry Khus-Firni Fusion Dry Fruit Trifle pudding is ready to relish.
